Configuration

This section contains the information that is used to configure an SSG instance.

• Network data: mobile networks for each country, MNCs, mobile prefixes. This data is used to associate supplier costs and customer pricing for each network, and to identify the network of a mobile number.

• Currency data: currency exchange rate data used with supplier costs and customer pricing. Updated each weekday from http://xe.com for used currencies (SSG base currency, supplier costs, customer pricing).

• Company: company details, base currency, email roles. Used to identify your company in communications with customers/suppliers, the currency that should be used in reporting, and the email contact details and signatures for each role. Name of service provided by the SSG that is included in customer communications.

• Billing: your office and email address for sending invoice, payment details, and default note. Use for generating invoices to customers.

• User access: users with access to SSG and API keys for using SSG Management API.

• Firewall: block mobile numbers and content.

• Pricing: pricing plans. Create and edit customer pricing plans.

• Services: services and associated pricing plans and routing profiles. Create and edit services that are provided to customers.

• SMPP-HTTP Bridges: upstream bridges to provider HTTP SMS APIs.

• txtConsole: manage your end-user customer txtConsole portals.
