Grouping of SMSCs with common characteristics and pricing (costs).

SMSC groups are normally used to group together one or more SMSC accounts from an individual supplier and that belong to a specific service from that supplier.

Supplier coverage and pricing is associated with an SMSC group so that all the SMSCs within an SMSC group are regarded as having the same coverage and pricing.
