Create Pricing Plan
A pricing plan contains the pricing that you charge to your customers, how that pricing is calculated and the payment terms.
Click on Configuration
and then Pricing
.
Click Add pricing plan
.
Type a name for your pricing plan, e.g. “Best SMS Gateway - Top Plan”.
In Cost mark-up
enter how much you are marking-up supplier costs. For 5% type 0.05.
In Min. mark-up
and Min. price
enter the minimum amount to mark-up, the minimum price and select the Currency
for these from the drop-down box. For example, use this to mark-up by at least 0.01 GBP and have a minimum price of 0.02 GBP.
With Price DP
set the number of decimal places for your pricing.
Under Notice
set the number of days of notice to your customer for pricing changes (e.g. type “30 days” for 30 days of notice).
When pricing is automatically calculated, Change %
and Change V
are used to specify by how much the pricing would change for it to become “proposed pricing” (i.e. pricing for approval in the Pricing | Pricing changes section
). Set Change %
for the percentage difference between current pricing and the recalculated price. Set Change V
for the monetary amount (e.g. 0.001 GBP) that the recalculated price must differ from the current pricing.
